Dear subscribers,

First of all, we would like to thank you for your support on our service all these years. As you probably know, our team has been working hard all the while to provide you with data files, as accurately as possible, for you to download each day.

However, due to the recent fact that our source of obtaining the raw data before our conversion to file for Metastock import has been terminated without further notice. We have been working temporary by manual input on the data file for the past month now, hoping that the problem can be resolved as soon as possible. With regrets, until now we cannot find another solution to it or any alternate way of getting the raw data, hence we have no choice but to inform you all that this service provided to you for download of the data files will be terminated, with effect from September 01, 2008.

We understand that some of you have just recently renewed your annual subscription with us. We will provide a full refund on those accounts renewed for less than one month from now. For other accounts, we will refund based on the number of months left before renewal date. Our calculation will be based on RM80 divide by 13 months for each month usage, and the amount refund to your bank account will be based on the usage rate accordingly. Kindly email us your name and bank account so that we can proceed with the refund to your account as soon as possible. Please take note that, any reclaim on the refund after 3 months from the date of this notice will not be entertained.

Once again, we regret to inform you about the termination of this service and really sorry for any inconvenience caused.
